The Midlands Memorial Community Centre, Oatlands is a council owned building, leased and managed by the Oatlands Community Association for the community.

It houses the Oatlands Bargain Centre which is the local opportunity shop, the offices of the Southern Midlands Regional News which is the local and independent newspaper and Oatlands Community Association Inc.

There are two meeting rooms available for use by the community and for hire by business and other organisations.

The two meeting rooms available are:

  1. Conference Room: Large room conference style (seating 20) around central table/s OR set up in Theatre styleseating (seats up to 60)

      Hire includes: wifi; digital whiteboard; comfortable lounge area with couches

      Optional Extras: DVD player; data projector & screen; theatre style seating 

  1. Board Room: Small room seating 8 people around one table

      Hire includes: wifi; whiteboard

      Optional Extras: data projector & screen

Facilities: small kitchen, two bathrooms (one multi-access)

Included in all hires: Tea/coffee/chocolate/milk/urn
